The Graston Technique® uses a variety of stainless steel instruments that glide along and untangle the soft tissue that is causing dysfunction.  This allows us to detect and treat scar tissue, inflammation, and adhesions in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The instrument used can efficiently treat these areas and show improvement in muscle function in a short amount of time.  The benefits include greater mobility, less pain, and a decreased recovery period.
