Janann is a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist, a Nationally Certified Licensed Massage Therapist and a Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapist. She has studied massage at Alaska Career College in Anchorage, Alaska, Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy at the Life Shapes Institute in Temecula, California, and Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy at MYO Trigger Point Seminars in Chicago, Illinois. Janann is a retired educator and enjoys teaching patients about ways to adjust their exercise, habits, and lifestyle to create pain-free living. She spends much of her time gardening and hiking in the summer and skiing and sewing in the winter. Her grandchildren spend time at her house and love to play with her myofascial tools.
